News Alert: COVID-19 Notice to Customers and Vendors

The national medical crisis referred to as COVID-19 remains ever-present, crippling much of the American workforce. Nonetheless, FlexiVan and our remarkable staff remain fully committed, diligent and responsive, delivering the highest level of service possible under these trying conditions. The safety of our employees and their families is of paramount importance to us. As such, we have taken every precaution to ensure we serve as efficiently as possible and with minimal risk to the staff and motor carriers engaged in equipment pick up and drop off.
FlexiVan, as part of the supply chain for the transportation industry under the Federal Emergency Declaration, has permission to continue to operate our offices and service centers nationwide. As a designated company performing an “essential function,” we continue to uphold that commitment. While the vast majority of our staff are working remotely from home, our Service Centers are working staggered hours as much as possible, while we have implemented various protective measures at their respective locations to minimize any exposure to the virus (e.g. distancing rules, use of gloves with motor carriers, frequent sterilizing of surfaces, etc.).
Through it all, we have experienced a high level of energy and commitment from our staff as well remarkable responsiveness to our customer needs.
We are grateful for continued support from our customers and vendors as well as our dedicated staff.
